I received my Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Adrian College, a Master's Degree in Social Work from Wayne State University, and am clinically licensed. I have served diverse populations and people from all walks of life, and it is my privilege to walk with you on your journey of healing.

My approach to treatment is based in building a therapeutic relationship through effective communication and authenticity. I weave Cognitive Behavioral Therapy into our work to help you develop insight into your mind and body patterns while remaining aware of the somatic impacts of trauma. It is through this integrative approach that I help you find ways to release stored emotions and re-structure thought patterns into healthier ways of thinking and living. I am thoroughly trained in Motivational Interviewing, and want to assist you in reaching your goals. My eclectic approach also focuses on developing effective coping skills and I enjoy teaching my client relaxation and mindfulness techniques. In the near future I will be offering EMDR therapy and have plans to expand my skill set with Somatic Experiencing, Yoga and DBT modalities.
