My role as a therapist is to create a safe and nonjudgmental environment to support you in your journey of growth, healing, and transformation. I combine your expertise in your own life with my training to create a holistic treatment plan that honors your intersecting identities, experiences, and environment.  I believe in the dignity and worth of all people and value those whose experiences are different from my own. I am committed to education in order to provide culturally competent services. 

I received my Master’s in Advanced Clinical Social Work from Saint Leo University. My experience includes school settings, child welfare, community mental health, and mental health court programs. I am a Certified EMDR therapist and use other evidence based therapies such as CBT and DBT to help support client treatment goals.
