Sliding Fee Discount Program
At Adrian Counseling and Psychiatric Clinic (ACPC), we believe everyone deserves access to quality mental health services—regardless of their ability to pay.
We offer a Sliding Fee Discount Program to individuals and families who are uninsured or underinsured. This program provides reduced-cost or free services based solely on household size and income, following the current Federal Poverty Guidelines.
No One Will Be Turned Away
We do not deny services to anyone due to:
Inability to pay
Insurance status (Medicare, Medicaid, CHIP, or self-pay)
Race, color, sex, age, disability, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, or gender identity
How to Apply
Information and applications are easily accessible:
Available at check-in or by request from staff
Offered at the time of admission
Included with billing notices
Downloadable on our website
Posted in our waiting areas and common spaces
